If you have a severe problem such as difficulty in breathing, chest pains or heavy bleeding you should call 999.If you need care that cannot wait until the surgery is open, please ring 111 which is a free number. If phoning from a mobile you may be unable to connect to this number - you will then need to phone 0345 46 47 instead.

My Health Online is schedule to be retired end of December 2023. We aren’t currently taking new registrations for the My Health Online, please download and register for the NHS Wales App.Who can use the NHS Wales App? To use the NHS Wales App, patients must: • Be registered with a GP practice in Wales • Be aged 16 or over • Be able to prove their identity (photo ID e.g. passport or driving licence)
Patients will also need their own individual email address, as their email address acts as their unique identifier for pairing their NHS login account to the NHS Wales App, therefore can’t be shared. They will also require a phone number, for two-factor authentication, but this phone number can be one shared with others.
How to download the NHS Wales App. Patients and the public can download it from App store and Google Play searching for “NHS Wales App” and through a web browser at https://app.nhs.wales and https://ap.gig.cymru for those with sensory loss.
