Reception opens each weekday from 8.30am to 6pm.
Closed weekends and Bank Holidays.
GP Appointments
Appointments may be made by:
Telephoning 01982 552207 (Builth Wells) or by calling at the surgery.
Routine appointments may be made up to two weeks in advance.
If you cannot keep an appointment, please inform us as soon as possible.
If you are unsure as to whether you need an appointment and whether it is urgent, you can discuss this with the receptionist in confidence so that you can be guided through the system.
If you present with an urgent medical condition you will be seen that day.
If you have forms to be completed.
Surgery Times:
In Builth, Wells appointments are available from Monday to Friday on both morning and afternoons.
In Llanwrtyd, Wells appointments are available from Monday to Friday on mornings only.
Surgeries are not open at weekends and Bank Holidays.

After The Surgery Has Closed:
If you need to contact a doctor between 6pm and 8am on weekdays or at any time on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, please telephone “Shropdoc” on 0333 222 66 55.
Telephoning the Surgery at these times puts you straight through to “Shropdoc”.
GP Availability –
The GPs may now work different days to cover the rota, you will be guided by the reception member when you book your appointment.
Please not that all initial appointments are now done by telephone consultation.
